We had so many plans this year. A Fairy Garden, a Wild Flower and a Herb (that blooms) Garden. With the weather being so hot it would be pointless to do so. Water restrictions and just trying to keep what we have watered is enough. Case in point:

I hear you there! I have to say, it makes me grateful for the weeds in my lawn because without them, I would have no green at all. Ha ha. Hopefully we will get some rain soon!
Same here! We seem to just miss out on the rain. Everywhere around us gets a touch. As long as I get veggies I can deal with a crunchy lawn.
